Bhal is an MBA in Marketing and BS in Mechanical Engineering and has 15 Years of experience in the offshore IT industry in various capacities.
As an Entrepreneur since 1995, he built 2 companies in the IT space.

In July 2002, he successfully exited saturated IT industry and entered fastest growing offshore BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry. In his last venture, his company achieved phenomenal growth from 0 to over USD 20 million in 5 years with the growth rate of 41% at the time of exit.
Bhal has worked in India, Europe and in the US in various industries including Finance, Insurance, Pharmaceutical and Entertainment. During his last venture, he provided services to various Fortune 500 companies all over the US. His strengths include identifying new opportunities, building and implementing business plans, building and motivating teams, delivering high quality services and achieving customer satisfaction, resulting into achieving targeted profitability and ROI.

Bhal is responsible for all aspects of ValueProcess' business vision including defining the company's strategy, fund raising, managing investor relations and directing the company to become a significant player in the offshore BPO space.

Shantanu Lajmi, Head- India Operations
Shantanu has an MBA in Information Management and BS in Chemical Engineering and has over 10 Years of rich experience in the offshore IT and ITES/BPO industry in various capacities.
Armed with a Black Belt in Six Sigma, Shantanu plays the perfect role of a technical expert in the area of Six Sigma methodologies which allow him to understand and comprehend various links between complex customer needs and the critical internal process elements designed to achieve customer satisfaction.
An engineering background with IT experience and the proven expertise in process improvement, Shantanu adds immense value to the ValueProcess Offshore advantage. He along with Bhal has been one of the founding members of ValueProcess.
Shantanu heads the Indian Operations and leads the project implementation and service delivery initiatives for all offshore projects. With an extensive network coupled with domain expertise and business knowledge, he ensures Relationship Optimization and Customer Experience Enhancement.
Shantanu continually strives for and drives improvements to existing systems and business processes in order to manage and improve ValueProcess' relationship with its clients. |
